During the die manufacturing process, Matrix’s quality lab performs dimensional measurement and validation of all components at each machining stage, ensuring full compliance with performance and consistency requirements.
In addition, our metrologists analyse the dimensions of the final stamped parts produced during the die testing phase.
All measurement data is compiled into a comprehensive report, which is delivered together with the stamped parts as part of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
