Die Qualification & Part Validation
Get the maximum performance from your die right from the start. Matrix has its own in-house stamping test department. After die manufacturing and assembly, we carry out stamping.

Matrix stands out for its state-of-the-art metrology laboratory. During the die manufacturing process, Matrix’s quality lab performs dimensional measurement and validation of all components at each machining stage, ensuring full compliance with performance and consistency requirements.
